My name is Augustinus and I am an experienced Flores driver and tour guide.
I live in Maumere; my house is right outside the gate of the diving resort Sea World Club.
I am fluent in spoken and written English. I speak German and understand it even better. I started as one of the two drivers of Sea World Club ten years ago. I became the permanent driver of local German and Dutch priests and missionaries for five years. This means that I have seen and I know every corner of Flores, Sumbawa and Bali. I am still called up when there is a need to drive a visiting church official on their inspection tour of Flores, Sumbawa and Bali.
The last five years I am also the lead driver and tour guide for a big national TV broadcaster when they make their regular tour of Nusa Tenggara Barat and Nusa Tenggara Timor to report on local news for national TV. I organize their logistic, cars, drivers and accommodations for almost thirty people.
More important I am passionate about sharing about Flores, its beauty and culture, its people hopes and aspirations to visitors from all over the world.
